A Life of One's Own

Coaching can help you live a deeper, more connected and contented life.

Working with a coach gives you permission to step back from the everyday, embrace the power of pause, and ask the questions that really matter: what am I doing, and why?

Through deep listening, gently challenging questions, and careful reflection, we create the space for you to hear your inner self more clearly.

Drawing on Jungian ideas of individuation and the unconscious, we explore not just who you are on the surface, but the deeper patterns, complexities and longings that shape your choices and your sense of self.

Many clients come during periods of transition, re-evaluation or re-imagining. Following a loss of health, role, relationship or bereavement, or after an awakening that prompts them to examine their life and their direction. We move from striving to thriving, from revolving to evolving, and towards a quieter place of peace and presence. built on curiosity.

Drawing on over twenty years of experience, my own continuing journey, and training across many modalities*, I coach intuitively and compassionately with whatever you need support with, right now.  Online or in person in Oxford.

"The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anaïs Nin
