Coaching

A Life of One's Own

Coaching can help you live a deeper, more connected and contented life.

Working with a coach gives you permission to step back from the everyday, embrace the power of pause, and ask the questions that really matter: What am I doing? And why?

Through deep listening, gently challenging questions, and careful reflection, together  we create the space for you to hear your inner authentic self more clearly.

Drawing on my grounding in Zen, Transpersonal and Jungian training, and creative practice we explore not just who you are on the surface, but the deeper patterns, complexities and longings that shape your choices and your sense of self.

Many clients find their way to me at a turning point, following loss, change or a diagnosis that prompts them to examine their life and purpose. Together we move from striving to thriving, towards a quieter place of peace and presence.

Drawing on over twenty years of experience, my own life journey, and training across many modalities*, I coach intuitively, creatively and compassionately with whatever you need support with, right now, online or in person in Oxford or in your space.

"The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anaïs Nin
