Writing Workshops

I believe writing is for everyone. I've created and led workshops for poets, unpaid carers, people living with early onset dementia, psychotherapists, and community groups.

Creative Health

I'm a non-executive director at a national health charity and have worked across UK health with The Nudge Unit, the NHS, and The King's Fund, and served as an expert advisor for the Longitude Dementia Prize for Nesta.  I won a 'Literature Matters' award from the RSL for some of this work.

Oxford Poetry Pharmacy & Walks

 At local events and festivals I have offered poetry pharmacy sessions, which are one-to-one conversations that end with the prescription of a poem, and led literary and eco walks of Oxford.
